Let people book themselves instead of playing phone tag
“Booking anything takes four messages back and forth before we land on a time that works.”
Scheduling & Appointments
“We have three people taking appointments and clients get sent to whoever answers, so the workload is lopsided.”
Set up booking that assigns clients across providers automatically, either by even rotation or by who genuinely has availability. Manual assignment produces lopsided workloads and the occasional forgotten double-booking. Automatic distribution spreads the load, still lets clients keep a preferred provider, and stops the front desk arbitrating who takes what.
How we estimated that: Assumes 2 hours a week currently spent by whoever arbitrates which provider takes which client. This is a model, not a measurement — check it against your own numbers, because if the assumption does not match your business the figure will not either.
We are not paid by any tool listed here. If a cheaper or better option exists, that's what you'll see.
Pricing above was checked between 2026-08-01 and 2026-08-02. 1 of these 3 entries is still unverified. Vendors change their terms without notice, and free tiers do get withdrawn. We take no money from any vendor listed here. If something on this page is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Even rotation, or by availability, or by qualification. Clinics usually need by-qualification, because not every provider can deliver every treatment.
This is the step people skip, and it is the one that causes a client to be booked with someone not certified for their treatment.
Returning clients often want the provider they saw last time. Forcing rotation on them loses more than balanced workload gains.
Round-robin using stale availability is worse than manual booking, because nobody is checking.
A waitlist or an enquiry form. An empty booking page with no explanation reads as closed.
