Stop chasing late payments
“I spend hours every week looking through Quickbooks and emailing clients who haven't paid their invoices.”
Invoicing & Payments
“People sign up for a monthly package and then quietly stop, and I don't notice until the revenue is already gone.”
Trigger a reminder before the renewal date rather than chasing after a failed payment. Most memberships lapse from an expired card or a forgotten commitment, not a decision to leave. A notice a week out plus an automatic retry on a declined card recovers most of what would otherwise silently disappear, and takes no ongoing attention once set.
How we estimated that: Assumes 8 hours a month of chasing failed payments and lapsed members, based on a small membership base. This is a model, not a measurement — check it against your own numbers, because if the assumption does not match your business the figure will not either.
We are not paid by any tool listed here. If a cheaper or better option exists, that's what you'll see.
Pricing above was checked on 2026-08-02. 1 of these 3 entries is still unverified. Vendors change their terms without notice, and free tiers do get withdrawn. We take no money from any vendor listed here. If something on this page is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Memberships, packages, prepaid sessions. Most businesses find at least one category nobody is tracking.
Expired and reissued cards cause more lapses than cancellations. Card-updater services refresh them automatically and it is often free.
State the amount and the date. It reduces disputes, and someone who wants to change plans tells you before the charge rather than after.
Three attempts across a week recovers a large share of failures. A single attempt then silence is what loses the member.
That is the point where a human should call. A short personal call at that moment saves memberships that no email will.
